Kempron Inc. · Mississauga, Ontario
Automation Infrastructure For The Claims Industry.
A motor claim is not a transaction. It is a supply chain of independent parties, each holding one piece of the file, none of them synchronised. Kempron builds the infrastructure that runs underneath it.
We are a Canadian technology company working with property and casualty insurers and the claims organisations that operate on their behalf. We do not sell to the public. We do not publish the specifics of what we build.
The Position
A Problem The Industry Has Named But Not Solved
Motor claims are slow and expensive for structural reasons, not for want of effort. The cost is rising in every developed market at once, and the causes are documented by the industry's own bodies.
United Kingdom Motor Payouts, 2025
Paid across 2.5 million claims. Vehicle damage alone accounted for nearly £7.5 billion, or 63% of the total.
Association of British Insurers, 11 February 2026. Figures in pounds sterling.United States Total Loss Frequency, 2025
Share of claims written off across all loss categories, a new high for the industry.
CCC Intelligent Solutions, Crash Course 2026, 31 March 2026.Australian Claims Cost, 2019 To 2024
Average motor claims cost rose in step with premiums. Repair now represents roughly 60% of claim cost.
Insurance Council of Australia, Motor Insurance Policy Paper, 23 March 2025.Canadian Auto Theft Claims, 2025
Even after an 18% fall in theft volumes. Vehicle finance fraud at two ports rose 72% in the same year.
Équité Association, 2025 Auto Theft Trend Report, 11 February 2026.Four markets, four independent trade bodies, one direction of travel. The detail differs by jurisdiction; the shape does not. The global picture is set out in full here.

Where To Go Next
This site is organised as an argument. The industry case comes first, because it is the reason an infrastructure company exists at all.
The Claims Problem
Why cycle time is structurally hard: independent parties, sequential hand-offs, information re-collected at every step, and a cost tail that accrues by the day.

Driver assistance systems, calibration, an ageing fleet, parts pricing, total-loss economics and a technician pipeline that meets under half of demand.

What This Site Will And Will Not Tell You
Kempron is in stealth by deliberate choice. That is an uncomfortable posture for a website, so the reasoning is stated rather than left to inference.
What you will find. A long, sourced account of the problem we are working on, the regulatory ground any vendor in this market has to stand on, our position at a category level, and the commercial shape of working with us. Every third-party figure carries a named source and a year at the point of use.
What you will not find. Our technical approach, a client list, pricing, a team page, or any claim about what Kempron achieves. We publish no performance figures. We also publish nothing invented: there are no fabricated customers here, no certifications we do not hold, no stock photographs of a team we do not have, and no awards.
If a claim is not on this site, the correct inference is that it would not have been true. The reasoning behind the posture is set out on the About page.
